• High-Tech Vegetable Production: Our commercial core currently produces premium Hydroponic Lettuces and Soil-Grown Staples (Eggplants, Chilies, and Capsicum). By using IoT-monitored systems, we guarantee high-volume consistency that local luxury resorts and retailers can bank on.

• Operational Self-Sufficiency: Our commercial vegetable cycle is engineered to be "Zero-Burn," meaning our immediate cash flow covers 100% of our farm's operational overhead, making us a de-risked and reliable partner.

The Vanilla Frontier: Scaling to Global Markets

Vanilla is the world’s second most expensive spice, and at Hepi Patel’s Farm, we are moving beyond our successful small-scale pilots into Full-Scale Commercial Vanilla Production.
